PlaySafe! is an app mockup from HackCU 007, which ran online in March 2021. I was lead designer on a team of two (Devpost lists two of us).

The pitch, from our Devpost page: vaccination rates were rising, but so was false confidence that the pandemic was over, and the app fills the gap between wanting to socialize and the vaccination rate. Its tagline is "Socially responsible fun." The home screen is a feed of friends' updates: a safe meeting recorded, a test result waiting to be verified, someone verified as vaccinated, a possible exposure, a local outbreak. The tabs along the bottom are Feed, Friends, Add, Safe Activities and Me.

It was built in Figma and is almost fully prototyped. The plan was to carry on into a Flutter prototype, but we ran out of time. Figma's prototyping is fairly limited, so we designed around that. What I took from it, according to Devpost: how to use Figma collaboratively. The Figma prototype is linked above if you want to click through it.
